Hannah Eddison was adopted by the landlord of Shireoak Hospital at the age of five, and was raised with the ambition of becoming a nurse to work within the hospital's religious walls. As a devout Christian, Hannah is polite, reserved, and deeply respectful; often hiding negativity and frustration beneath a well-formed guise of bright smiles and forgiveness. As a whole, Hannah is intelligent, well-read, and overly respected by her peers.
At her current age, Hannah stands at a modest height of 5'4, built at a healthy weight and bearing a pale complexion which has remained unscathed throughout the years. In truth, Hannah's virtue has made her the target for a formless demon named Astiel. It stalks nearer during moments of distress, and grows stronger with every instance of pain or anger. Hannah is subconsciously aware of Astiel, and has gradually surrounded herself with emotional walls in an attempt to slow down its approach.
The approach of Astiel has resulted in Hannah's gift of a sixth sense. Hannah has a noticeable disliking of quiet spaces, due to the fact that this sense becomes ever more prominent during moments of silence. She is able to pick up on subtle movements and noises made by unseen creatures; a trait she can only describe as being similar in nature to tinnitus.
