• Description

  Telari looks about the same as any other human in frame, but his skin tone tells another story. Telari is a Genasi, a race of people whom are descendants of Elementals and Genies. His particular ancestry is that of the Wind Element. His skintone is reminiscent of a pale sky blue. Covering his body are tattoo like lines forming that of swirling clouds across his body. The lines of the tattoo have an almost bluish glow to it.
  
  His hair is a pure white, that hangs straight down past his shoulders to the small of his back. He keeps his hair in a singular ponytail, while a piece of his bangs hang over the left side of his face. Like his skin, his eyes nearly glow with a brilliant and bright blue.
  
  His attire consist of loose fitting hakama that were bound at the ankle with his tabi. His geta were strapped to his feet in the front and back to prevent them from slipping off. His yukata would hang loosely from his torso and was tucked into his hakama.
  
  Overall the color scheme of his outfit matches his skin tone in various shades of blue and white. On his back he carries a rather large bow, almost taller that he is, with a matching quiver.
  
  Those who are not familiar with the Genasi would find him rather outlandish, but not frightening. Astonished not Admonished.
