    Not really the best choice for the job, Jamie got the position because he is in a secretive relationship with Kris, the leader of the group. Smart, but not as smart as the others. Skilled, but under the expected level for the elite. Not a detriment, but not adding too much. He was originally a small time politician, who ran at a young age for a government position. Failed.
