He keeps a switchblade, his gun, some cigarettes, a lighter, and his snuff box in the pockets.

A sterling silver scapular. He got it from the priest at his mother's funeral mass.
Ciaran's ring.
An Irish claddagh ring. His mam gave it to him when he was six. He wore it on a necklace until he grew into it.
Ciaran's belt
A worn studded leather belt. Its fastened with one of two signature buckles.

One of three belt buckles he wears. The others are a four leaf clover with a down facing arrow that reads "Kiss MY blarney stone!" and a usable pair of brass knuckles (shown below). He got the Flogging molly one and Blarney stone one at age 16.

They function as a belt buckle, but via quick release they detach from the buckle to become a usable weapon. He normally hides this one with his shirt due to trouble from the Gardai. Ciaran got them from Malone who got them in Boston in the early '60s.

It contains a number of tools: Razors, needles, straws, etc. It also usually contains a small amount of cocaine or heroine.
Ciaran's electric guitar
A 1960 Irish pub Fender strat. Despite being older, this guitar is better than the ones he learned on. He stole this guitar from a music store owner. Its in a beat up leather hard shell case.
Ciaran's acoustic guitar.
A Fender Malibu from the 80s. He got it from the home for boys he used to live at. Its scratched, chipped, and battered from storage.
Ciaran's 5 string banjo
A Merlin 5-string banjo from the 50's. It was a gift from Malone, who stole it back then when trying to learn and ended up giving up. He gave it to Ciaran after seeing the young boy's guitar skill.
Ciaran's tenor banjo
A 19 fret Irish Tenor banjo. It's a special Dropkick Murphys Edition. It's purchase was completely legal. He also plays 5-string banjo.
Ciaran's car
An upscale black car. The windscreen and windows are bulletproof and very dark tinted. It was another 18th birthday present from Malone.
John Seamus Malone
Ciaran's adoptive father. His voice/accent is similar to Danny Machin in the film Killing Bono. He's a cold, cruel man even to his adopted son. He's only a little bit less harsh on Ciaran because the boy is his heir.
