    Strengths.
    Physical Strength: Even amongst the Culture Club Members, Adael is known for his strength.
    Money: It can not be denied that Adael makes a lot of money, although he is never forthright about where it comes from.
    Charisma: A smooth-talker and a charmer, Adael is quite often able to get his way with a smile and a few well-picked words.
    Managerial Skills: Expected to play a high-ranking part in the military, Adael has been trained in managing money, resources and people. He's also very focused and revenge-driven goal-driven and can keep chipping away at impossibly large tasks.
    Inhuman Abilities Adael seems to be remarkably hardy - he never gets sick, and he can withstand injuries with much more ease than other people.
    • As long a he is bound to this world he can shift between bodies and is effectively immortal. (He can be destroyed by Yttrrolite. Alternately dispelling the sigil on his back will sever his connection to this world - and while this doesn't kill him, it does effectively remove him from this plane of existence permanently)
    • Can see which mortal beings have a magical signature and understand the basics of the nature of it.
    • Can take on his true form which has exceptional physical strength.

  • Flaws.
    Poor Common: Adael's Common has improved since his arrival, however, he still struggles and speaks with a strong Ziran accent.
    Inhuman Weaknesses: Adael is not human, and has to take steps to keep himself well. Additionally although resistant to most human ailments, he is extremely susceptible to other problems.
    • His scars are pitch black in colour and have the unusual appearance of cracks. As such he is rarely seen without long sleeved clothing. They are also quite painful if pressure is applied to them and will only get worse with time. (His right eye is of unhuman colour for the same reason as this).
    • He has a distinctive arcane symbol on his back.
    • He is extremely susceptible to advanced mages who specialise in summoning magics. Upon dispelling the symbol on this back he will immediately be dragged from this plane with no likelihood of return.
    • Not only must he consume human food to maintain his human form, he must also consume magical energy. He periodically spends time outside the city to hunt other spirits.
    • Extremely vulnerable to Yttrrolite. Even a minor cut will cause life-long pain. A deeper cut will instantly kill him.
    • From a legal standpoint - has less rights than a human.
    • Has a true name, and calling him it by such gains a degree of control over him (although it is not as powerful as a proper binding). His name has been leaked onto the internet, and although he has put an excessive amount of effort into scrubbing it, nothing on the internet is ever truly forgotten.
    Injured: Among his kind, a human body is supposed to last the length of a human lifetime, but deteriorates more quickly with starvation and injury - both of which Adael has suffered through during his lifetime. Despite his body only being 35 years in age, it is showing scars and other defects which should not occur until he is older than 70. He cannot estimate how much longer he can inhabit is current one, but it is likely to only be several years.
