Abilities:

-Empathy:
Most people are capable of empathy, but in this case Ella is empathic to the point she is capable of actually feeling other people's emotions. She can't control this for the time being. Strong emotions are of course easier for her to sense, she won't likely be able to reach something deeply hidden. A physical touch allows her a stronger connection.

- Healing factor:
Her wounds heal faster than they would for a regular human, however this is not immediate at all, Ella can perfectly die for a wound the difference is that while it'd take weeks to heal for a human it'd take just days for Ella.

-The Sight:
It allows her to see demons (and other supernatural creatures) even when they're hiding their presence /using glamours unless it is a very powerful creature capable of hiding their presence from her. In that case they'd only give her a bad feeling but she couldn't be completely sure she's facing a demon. Thanks to this ability she can see for instance when a person is actually possessed or when they are faking, or see demons when they hide their presence from the human sight. As for other supernatural creatures she can sense or see they are not human but won't know exactly what they are unless she had met one of their kind before so she can associate their aura to a species. This ability is heavily associated with experience and memory.

-Astral projection:
Ella's spiritual image can leave her body at will, allowing her to not just contact with creatures from other planes of existence but to interact with them. In this state she can touch, attack and have any kind of interaction with spiritual creatures. She tends to use this when a demon tries to get out of reach by getting on its spiritual form. Abandoning her body though is dangerous, as it is left an open vessel for any new host to occupy. She can only stay away from her body for a maximum of fifteen minutes, otherwise her body without a host would die.
After using this ability Ella will be left in a weakening state, which would make her unable to use any ability for a while.

THE CONSEQUENCES:
After using some of the abilities Ella will find herself exhausted and sometimes will have physical repercussions (bleeding through her nose, eyes, mouth or ears). Even if she can perform certain ones a couple of times straight she does not have 'unlimited' energy. [/collapse]

Exorcist skills
Just like any other exorcist her words he'd say will be powerful because of the strong faith behind them. In this term Ella is extraordinary talented and powerful. Thanks to her great capability to memorize she knows a lot of psalms that will effectively restrain, attack, harm or contain a demon. Other chants might grant her a protective barrier and obviously she'd be capable to successfully perform an exorcism to expel a demon from a human host, a place or even this plane of existence.

-Invocation and use of sacred sword:
As an exorcist Ella needs a sacred weapon to fight demons, sometimes words are just not powerful enough to banish those beings from the human realm so she uses a sacred sword. This sword had now the form of a katana. It has been inherited for generations, Ella got it from her mother but the truth is that she doesn't really know further back who has possessed this sword. One curious thing about this weapon is that it adds to it's qualities the abilities its current master has while keeps the ones it's previous masters had. For the moment Ella can call out for the sword through a special prayer and it will appear in her hands. She can also send light blasts through it. Those will specially damage demons and dark creatures. It can also affect light creatures though, after all it is a shockwave of power.

Self defense and basic combat training:
While Ella is not a combat expert she knows enough moves to protect herself in an assault and keep up in a hand to hand combat. She's not that strong but she's fast and smart and that runs on her favor.

Swords fight
Ella is a very talented swords-woman. Strange choice of weapon for someone at the XXI century, but at the age of fourteen Ella took on swords training having in her possession a very special katana.

Mortality: If it can kill a mortal, it can kill Ella so any human weapon or poison is effective on her.
Limited energy: She's completely vulnerable after wasting her energy, it also has physical consequences on her body.
Naiveness: Ella tends to believe that everyone has good intentions at first, which leads to way too many disappointments usually. Her gift to see the people's aura and her instincts also help when judging people but many times she's still tricked.
Any spells or enchantments against angels: She can be sealed or even expelled from her vessel which would result in her death. If there's any spell to kill or damage an angel it for sure would take effect on her.
