  • Aerin's childhood was anything but sunshine and rainbows. Born in the Kingdom of Ferressia to a prostitute, her existence was marred by shadows from the very beginning. In Ferressia's brothels, pregnancies were strictly forbidden, especially since many clients came from noble families. Yet, as with any rule, there were accidents. When Aerin’s mother discovered she was pregnant, she started panicing as her livelihood depended on her work, and a child was the kind of mistake that could cost her everything. Therefore, she hid her pregnancy for as long as she could, but as her belly swelled, so did her desperation. The brothel owner, however, saw opportunity rather than trouble. He decided the child’s fate before it had even drawn its first breath. If the baby was a boy, he would sell it as a slave on the black market. If it was a girl, she would be raised to one day join the trade. And so, Aerin’s life was set in stone before she was even born, trapped in a cycle of control and exploitation.

    From the moment she could walk, Aerin was taught to stay silent, to never draw attention to herself, and to obey without question. Her mother, terrified of losing favor with the brothel owner, demanded nothing short of perfection that's why mistakes were met with harsh punishments. By the time she was old enough to understand, Aerin was being prepared for the life they had chosen for her. Lessons in obedience and the art of seduction became her reality.

    Though Aerin’s visage showed only a little emotion, fear ran deep within her. She feared her mother, whose temper was as unpredictable as it was cruel, and she feared the brothel owner, a man whose leering gaze grew more unsettling with each passing day. He was impatient, eager to transform the child into something he could profit from. Aerin felt like a marionette, every string of her life pulled by someone else, and believed she had no hope of escaping.

    Until, one fateful night, everything changed - the brothel owner was found dead in his chambers with a dagger into his left eye with. No one could tell what truly happened there as only witness, 12 years old Aerin was nowhere to be found. Only thing that became clear what that from that moment on, Aerin was free. She left behind the brothel, her mother, and the life that had been forced upon her as she had sworn to never look back...

    Alone in the vast and unforgiving world, Aerin had no choice but to fight for survival. Coming across other orphans like herself, they formed a gang of street urchins, scraping by through petty theft. The city’s lax laws on juvenile crime made them ideal pawns for the larger gangs that controlled the underworld as at times, they were coerced into carrying out dangerous errands or spying on targets...
  • Aerin quickly proved herself to be cunning, resourceful, and, above all, impossible to catch. The city guards never even came close to laying a hand on her. However, unbeknownst to the gang, their antics had caught the attention of powerful eyes. One day, Aerin was interrupted mid-pickpocket by a stranger who grabbed her by the wrist and dragged her into a dark alley. She was certain she’d been caught and would be handed over to the authorities, however, instead of that, the man introduced himself as the leader of an elite organization: the Guild of Assassins, explaining that he had been watching her for some time and saw potential in her sharp mind and nimble hands.

    The offer was simple but life-changing: in exchange for her loyalty and skills, the Guild would provide her with a home, protection, and, most importantly, a chance at a better future. For the first time in her life, Aerin was given an opportunity to shape her own destiny. She accepted without hesitation... Her path, however, was not an easy one. The little girl wasn’t inducted into the Guild right away. First, she had to endure grueling training that tested her body, mind, and willpower. The work was punishing, but she refused to falter. Years passed, and as Aerin grew older, she began taking on small tasks like running messages and gathering information for the Guild as she was still too young for the more dangerous and serious assignments, but that only fueled her determination. She trained harder than anyone, determined to rise through the ranks and prove her worth.

    Her persistence paid off as at sixteen, she was finally entrusted with her first assassination. It was a pivotal moment, one that would define her path from that day forward. With that, Aerin shed the last remnants of her old self...

    Today, Aerin Kane, code-named Silver Crow is a name whispered in fear across Ferressia. She is one of the Guild’s most skilled and lethal assassins, a figure cloaked in mystery who never fails to deliver. Give her a name, and she will handle the rest...

    pSilWDa.gifAerin is a no-nonsense woman who approaches her job with great seriousness. As an assassin, her sole focus lies in the successful completion of her missions. She never questions the motives of her superiors or the morality of her assignments. To her, a target is just a name, a task to be executed without hesitation. Social status or power mean nothing to her and if ordered to, she won’t hesitate to take a life. Yet, despite her cold efficiency, Aerin doesn’t derive pleasure from cruelty. She avoids unnecessary bloodshed unless provoked, striking with precision rather than excess.

    Years of neglect and relentless abuse shaped Aerin into someone deeply guarded and emotionally detached, brushing off advances or attempts at connection with an icy indifference. On rare occasions, however, she might entertain purely physical intimacy, but deeper bonds remain elusive. A true lone wolf, Aerin tends to avoid crowded places and social interactions, preferring the solitude of a quiet corner with a book in hand and a cigarette between her fingers. The few exceptions to her isolation are taverns or private clubs she frequents, places where she can blend into the shadows unnoticed. That's why, to most, Aerin is an enigma, a hauntingly alluring yet somber figure who rarely smiles and speaks only when spoken to. Her words are sharp and cutting, often laced with biting sarcasm. If her blade doesn’t wound you, her words and piercing gaze likely will as her presence alone might send a chill down your spine.

    Although on the surface Aerin may seem harsh, insensitive, and wholly unapproachable, beneath lies a deeply complex soul who carries pain and scars of her childhood.
