Austaryia-Rhen

Austaryia-Rhen is a young Sidériahn hybrid, the creator of the world of Fayvirnoc, and Empress of the Wienavar. As the Embodiment of Paths, Austaryia-Rhen's primary drive in life is to help guide those who are lost and show them that no one is bound by destiny. She abhors chains, be they of the mind, body, or soul.

As she once lived upon the dying world of Ayvenfael, Austaryia-Rhen has witnessed the horrors of what happens when cosmic forces meddle in the affairs of other worlds. Though she could not defeat the pestilence that plagued her world, Austaryia-Rhen was able to gather the survivors and flee into the cosmos, where she learned how to create her own world for them to live upon. Now she tends to them all as if they were her own creations, and vows to ensure that they never know a life of chains ever again.

FROM THE DARKNESS...

From the moment she was brought forth into existence, Austaryia-Rhen's life was one of tribulation. For her very creation was for the purpose of being a pawn upon a cosmic board, a tool for ultimate control and domination. Autonomy was never meant to be hers to have, for those who facilitated the circumstances of her birth only desired a monster to serve their whims. A child who would be born from the womb of Chaos, the egg of the High Queen of the Wienavar, and sired by the foundation of Paradox themself.

By the time she was weaned, her mind and body was split into two beings by Paradox, sending one part of her to Ayvenfael, while the other was placed within a cocoon within her own realm. What was meant to be her sanctuary was turned into her prison, with her only company being the monsters that guarded her realm, and a lone sentinel who protected her.

The sentinel, a Star Shepherd that the child named "Nesrin", became her closest companion. In essence, they were the only true ally that she had, for they not only were the one who named her, but they were the only one to truly comfort her. For the monsters within her realm were no friend to her, gathering pieces of various other lifeforms, before returning to force the young hybrid to feed upon them. Each feeding was pure agony for the child, yet necessary for cultivating the pathogen that she harbored within.

Her other half, however, faired no better than her true self. For upon the world of Ayvenfael, Austaryia-Rhen had found herself within the coils of the Emperor of the Noxirans, Lazarus Ros. For those three hundred years, she suffered in captivity, surrounded by the haunting screams and cries of many other young Wienavar around her. Until one day, at last... her freedom would come...

With the aid of the Lithinvora of Chaos, Nesrin sealed Austaryia-Rhen's realm from intruders, protecting it with the Seal of the Crucible, before they made their way to Ayvenfael to find her other half. Liberated from her chains, she and the survivors of Ta'laviaer were taken in by Nesrin, who helped to raise her and the fifty young Wienavar who joined her. From there, they traveled, until they met with the caravan of the Desert Rohzeri, and accepted an invitation to settle in a more permanent residence.

Through the years, Austaryia-Rhen grew, tutored by Nesrin and others around her, preparing her to embrace her role as the Queen of her Hive. For though she was now free, there were many of her kindred who were not... The young hybrid vowed to free all she could from tyranny, and protect her budding Hive.

...A LIGHT ILLUMINATES THE PATH.

Austaryia-Rhen traveled around Ayvenfael for many years, gathering allies, and further liberating others by bringing them into her hive. Yet such actions did not go unnoticed. For the High Queen of the Wienavar took notice in the young Queen's actions, challenging her every step of the way to try to retain the hold she had upon her kindred.

But the young Queen would not yield, clashing with her Maternal Sire, suffering losses and celebrating victories alike. However, at the pinnacle of their rebellion, a staggering truth made itself apparent: Ayvenfael was dying, and their time upon their homeworld would have to come to an end, if they were to survive.

And so a difficult decision was made. In order to save those within her hive, their only option was to flee to the cosmos.

At the climax of the End War, the budding Queen's first Dragoon stayed behind to fend off the tyrant's approach, and the wicked spider who sought to ensnare them all. Austaryia-Rhen gathered her people, carrying them within herself, as the power clash between the Star of Chaos and the Eidolon of Subversion reached a fevered peak, tearing open the shrouding veil that hid their world from the eyes of the cosmos itself. In that moment, Austaryia-Rhen took her chance, fleeing into the sea of stars, and beginning her journey into the dark unknown.

It would be many years before Austaryia-Rhen would find sanctuary and allies who would be willing to help her and her people. Though many obstacles remained in her way, and challenges sprung forth from many sides, Austaryia-Rhen remained steadfast in her goal of creating a safe haven for her people. In time, she would craft a new planet, one that she would name 'Fayvirnoc', as their world of new beginnings. She now rules as the Empress of the Wienavar, remaining vigilant, for this cosmic game has only just begun... and outside forces still gather to threaten their peace...

RESOLUTE | PROTECTIVE | EMPATHETIC | VIGILANT | MOTHERLY

A heart that is warm and sweet, yet filled with spice, Austaryia-Rhen is well known for her kindness and empathetic nature. Having known what it feels like to have one's autonomy stripped from them, she abhors the thought of any taking away one's right of choice. Though she is kind and welcoming at heart, she is not afraid to bare her teeth or claws to fight for what she believes is right. Those who manage to stir her ire are sure to learn just how fierce the young Empress can be.

While she embraces her role as the leader of her people, Austaryia-Rhen does at times feel overwhelmed by the weight of her mantle, as she has a habit of forgoing her own needs in order to ensure that everyone else around her is well taken care of. This often results in her mates and closest friends needing to step in to encourage her to take time to relax and tend to herself as well.
