She honestly couldn't care less for them, and won't search them out. She feels she's better off without them, whoever they are, anyhow.

Nocturna

They've known each other for many cycles, and very close as friends. They have many inside jokes, and one will often find Jayla chuckling at a silent quip Nocturna signed to her. They both have super big crushes on each other, but neither of them have made a move yet, to the dismay (and hilarity) of their friends.

Maven

As the drake who adopted her, Jayla holds a lot of affection towards him. He took her in when she was angry, feral, and an all-around pain-in-the-ass, and never gave up on her. She feels a bit embarrassed by calling him "Dad," however.
