Advantages:
Owl-Eyed Athena-To emulate the example of bright-eyed Athena, one must be observant. This spell allows Theo a +1 modifier to Perception and Intelligence.
Hymn to Zeus-A prayer which allows Theo to wield lightning in the palm of her hand, much like the father of the gods himself once per encounter. Success dependent upon roll.
High Priestess-In matters of both the Greek gods and of the Choristers, Theo is intimately familiar with all the complicated twists and turns of the Classical world and the magical community.
Disadvantages
Socially Awkward-Theo has rarely been adept at being charming or making friends or flirting. Essentially, if it involves having to talk her way out of a situation, a painfully awkward encounter is bound to ensue. -1 to Social rolls.
Livewire-On occasion, when Hymn to Zeus proves to be a little too effective, sometimes the lightning conjured by Theo escapes her control. Whether this causes collateral damage to something or someone is the storyteller's choice.


Hecate Heyday
Some years ago an American woman went to Greece to study abroad. A few years later she returned home with a husband and a pregnancy to match. The result was Theodora “Theo” Calimeris. From a young age, Theo’s father filled her head with the epic stories and legends of Greek myth, even calling her his “little Athena” when it was clear she was of a studious nature. Despite being raised in a Christian household, Theodora never found herself connecting to her parents’ god. Instead, she found herself drawn ever closer and ever more intimately with the Greek pantheon from those ancient stories. And she was always a devout follower. She prayed every morning and every night, and she felt their presences touch her mind, each unique and yet somehow always gentle with her. Like mentors inquisitively weighing their pupils’ words. Theo knew they were there. You could not have convinced her otherwise. Yet she kept her strange pagan beliefs to herself. No one else needed to know. She did. That was all that mattered. She merely had to hide the pieces of her rituals under her bed or shove them into the closet.

As Theo entered college, it was no surprise to anyone when she immediately began to focus on ancient religions and the Mediterranean. And it was in this pursuit that she met a kindred spirit, Sarah, a girl who did not dismiss her beliefs as obsession or silliness. How could they not have become fast friends? Together they began to look into the ancient occult in their spare time. They scoured the internet for old spells and prayers, made offerings in their shared dorm room, offered libations, did symposiums with the other students in the Classics department. It was like having another sister, closer to her heart than even the three younger ones she had by blood. Yet where Theo was more than content to spend the night at home, Sarah enjoyed going out to parties. “Embracing her inner maenad” she liked to call it. Perhaps if Theo had actually gone with her, she would still be alive. She never came back from the party she went to that one fateful night. Her body was found cold, broken, abandoned, and covered in blood. Alone, distraught, and grieving, Theo begged her pantheon for guidance, whether it be wisdom or orders to make sense of the tragedy. She prayed, more fervently than she ever had before, and heard the song. The song of the many faces and aspects of the One. It haunted her. Guided her. It set lightning crackling in the palms of her hands. It told her what must be done.

Theo followed the trail of the creature that had murdered her friend. It led her to a vampire. A mad craven thing. Feral and seemingly unaware of its crime. Still, a rabid wolf was a rabid wolf. And so, Theo put it down by drawing it out into the light of day. It had been an exhausting game of cat and mouse, distraction and flight, suppressing her newfound magic enough to do the job, but avoid too much attention. But she had played it well enough to kill her target and walk away whole.

Now a member of the Adamantine Arrow, Theo has dedicated herself to protecting humanity from those that stalk the night. Yet this is not to say that she follows her order blindly. For she watches the some's growing closeness with the Inquisition with suspicion. On the surface, she cooperates, but behind closed doors, she questions the judgement of her superiors to allow these fanatics into their good graces. The Inquisition might not be a mad dog, but it has been trained to snap at anything that dares move, and as such, they are not to be trusted. So on the side, she slips whatever information she can squeeze out of their operations to the local Imbued. Turns out old friends can be rather useful in the present. And it pays to take precautions should the Inquisition hounds sound the call on their own allies.
