Alia

Physiology: Alia is a reploid, a very advanced robot created with a so-called suffering circuit that emboldens her to think and feel almost as a human does, to the point of being given 'free will' and the ability to grow and change. Reploids are also typically enhanced with synthetic parts to make them more human-like, for example skin, and a digestive system to enable them to eat. In this regard, they are like reverse cyborgs. As far as reploids go... Alia is pretty human-like. She can remove her outer armor, what would be most male reploid's actual bodies, and wear human clothes, with the only tells of her inhumanity being segmented joints. Like other reploids, she's made up of a lot of titanium to keep her fairly light-weight while dramatically improving her durability.

Weapon, Buster Cannon: Alia has a detachable buster cannon arm similar to X's, wherein she can retract her hand into her arm and fire blasts of plasma at others. However, her body cannot support buster upgrades out of the box and so her buster cannot reach the extreme firepowers of X's, remaining only mildly to respectably powerful.

Armor, Light: The functionality of Alia's armor is somewhat compromised in the name of looks, however she is still extremely durable by the standards of a human. Her boots also enable her to dash and cling to walls, greatly increasing her ability to travel and maneuver. Although she is considered the female equivalent of X, she has no ability to wear special armor upgrades out of the box. She's dummy thicc and can't fit into them, y'see.

Special Ability, Variable Weapon System: Alia can absorb powers/techniques from defeated foes much like X. She can also absorb powers/techniques from willing donors. This is perhaps her most exceptional ability, as there isn't a strict upper limit to what she can absorb.

Alia is compelled to follow the three laws of robotics by both law and safety mechanisms in her brain that make the idea of breaking them compulsively uncomfortable for her. Breaking the laws typically results in imprisonment, invasive behavioral corrective measures, and/or execution. The three laws and their clarifications are as followed:

• Law 1: A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
• Clarification: Injure is usually taken to mean physical injury.
• Law 2: A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
• Clarification: A robot's 'owner' gets priority on any orders given. However as long as new orders don't contradict their owner's orders, they must obey. This law is very vague, and is usually the one that will be weaponized by a corrupt individual to get a robot in legal trouble.
• Law 3: A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
• Clarification: A robot cannot choose to end its own life.

Additionally, Alia's not typically allowed to engage in combat. It's considered bad form for a gynoid to fight, and so she struggles with red tape when it comes to getting any action done.
