        "Hi Cameron! Yeah, I got a referral from my psychologist. Thing is I work now full time so if I could get a later appointment? I can catch a bus from work as the 199 runs from the nearby bus center and goes by your address. If you don't do later appointment after 6pm, I may have to come in on a weekend."
