    Sun Yin has trained in the Oneness combat style or "Hé yī". With the training, his body was conditioned to reach levels that are higher than a normal human's. With the Oneness style, it allows the practitioner to become one in mind, body, and spirit. Once they've achieved that, they learn to become one with nature around them on a spiritual level through great meditation in the pool of enlightenment, awakening the flow for natural energy or ambient energy.

    Physical: Sun Yin is in great physical condition. His attributes is higher than that of a normal human. Maybe peak at base. He has a good pain tolerance in which he's learned to endure. With his hand to hand combat skills, he could be considered a master at his art along with his sword skills being very strong but yet graceful and precise. He has learned to lighten his body weight. His body has the ability to absorb ambient energy or natural energy from his surroundings, which allows him to power up physically to super human levels, heal faster, and release stronger spiritual attacks using his body as a medium for the power. his limit is that he has to stay still to absorb the surrounding energy and he has a limit to how much energy he can store in his body. With a master, their body can appear young for a long time to the point that longevity could almost look like immortality.

    Spirit energy: Mastering the Oneness allows the user access to their spirit energy or life energy to perform tasks that seems impossible. Releasing shockwave force attacks, spiritual pressure, energy flow in and out the body, and allowing to convert energy from nature to spirit energy to increase the users power. The effects of releasing this energy could break through weapons and armor, release devastating attacks on the environment, cutting the elements, and stand against powerful foes, even ones who wields magic. As mentioned, the energy absorbed can help weave the users wounds, broken bones, or any other damage he has suffered and restore stamina when given time.

    Mind's Eye: This is the aspect of gaining heighten awareness or spirit sensory. With this, the user can sense someone's life force, how many are around and can even sense someone's strength level. This awareness, after mastering his Oneness can sense life energy in the area around him from insects, to animals, to plant-life and the energies in the air, sea and earth. He has the ability as well to sense negative energy such as aggression towards him even with his back turned to help him be on guard.

    Weapon: The great blade "Nameless" was made from a very strong steel ore that is capable of handling the pressure of Sun Yin's energy flow. Imbuing his spiritual energy into it, he increases the blade's cutting power several times allowing him the ability to break weapons and armor unless the opposing weapon is made with magical runes or an ore that makes it nearly impossible to break.
