The Wolf
Chase is, at his core, a natural-born werewolf. His strength, speed, endurance, and heightened senses all stem from his bloodline. He was bred for dominance. A Delta-class wolf with a brutal instinct for combat and survival. Even without the demon, Chase would’ve been a force to fear.
In his shifted form, Chase is a towering beast of pure muscle and menace. Standing 8 feet at the shoulder, with a body stretching 9 feet from muzzle to tail, he’s a creature built for war. He weighs in at 250 pounds of raw, relentless power, covered in a mottled pelt of brown, black, and white fur that bristles with every rise of aggression. His bright yellow eyes cut through the dark like twin moons, always watching, always hunting. The wolf is fast, ruthless, and nearly unstoppable in a fight. He tracks like a predator born, reacts like a fighter trained, and when unleashed, leaves nothing standing in his path. But while most werewolves learn balance, Chase’s inner equilibrium was shattered long ago. Because his instincts, protect, defend, dominate, are amplified and twisted by something far darker.
His wolf form is where his true physicality shines, but it’s also where the cracks start to show. When the demon stirs, the beast gets bloodthirsty. He can push past physical limits, but it comes at a price: splintered control, tunnel vision, and a body that doesn’t always stop when the fight is over. Silver burns him. Wolfsbane chokes him. And in his most feral state, he doesn’t distinguish friend from threat.

The Demon
Before he was born, his father made a deal. A very stupid and desperate one. The result was a demon fused to Chase’s soul, not possessing him, but becoming part of him. This isn’t a clean split. There is no exorcism. The demon is as much a part of Chase as his heartbeat. It fuels his rage, stirs his darker impulses, and gives him a violent edge that most wolves would never touch.
When pushed far enough, emotionally, mentally, or physically, the demon bleeds through. In those moments, Chase becomes something... more. Or something less human. His eyes may glow with a hellish light. His voice may fracture with a guttural undertone. His strength spikes, his strikes become erratic but devastating, and his pain threshold becomes almost non-existent. He wants to hurt. He enjoys the violence. But it comes at a cost. The more the demon takes over, the harder it is for Chase to come back. His mind fractures. His control splinters. The aftermath is usually soaked in blood. Not always just his enemies’. And if left unchecked, the demon would consume what’s left of his soul piece by piece.
There are rare moments when he can tap into demonic power with purpose, intimidation, shadows, or an unnatural force behind his blows but using it intentionally requires an extreme level of discipline and danger that Chase often cannot master. It’s a weapon that cuts both ways.
