    He can basically summon hands, possibly other limbs, but he hasn't practiced doing so. The set of hands can be transparent, but also have a wide range of colors they can be. The hands are a mixture of solid and liquid; Similar to Oobleck, if it was more containable.

    Drawbacks are the usual if the user is injured or unconscious the hands disappear, but also if they come into contact with water. The hands also must be in a one mile radius of the user. The hands get tired after about half an hour, so they disappear on their own. The hands also have a mind of their own, so sometimes they disobey him.
