    Ziv was taught by his brother to make the Morganstern family's semi-famous rugelach (a pastry, pronounced "roo-geh-lach") in three flavors:


    • CVwVnzk.pngCinnamon Sugar Rugelach: A flakey croissant-like pastry with a sweet flavor and slightly crunchy texture. Pairs well with just about every hot beverage and even some cool ones! (This variety is his family's specialty).













    • 3DrUFLT.pngApple and Honey Rugelach: A sweet and slightly tart, glazed pastry that pairs well with a dusting of cinnamon on top. Perfect for many types of tea! (A bit more difficult and time-consuming to make, but worth the effort).













    • BDVA7mm.pngWarm Chocolate Rugelach: Best eaten fresh from the oven or heated up, this pastry is excellent with a cold glass of milk. (A favorite of children and children-at-heart, sea salt can be requested as a sprinkle-on to give it a more sophisticated taste, or glazed with sugar icing to absolutely overdose on sweetness).
