2015 - Nadezdha joins St. Agnes' Abbey at the age of 18 to learn how to become a nun

2017 - Nadezdha completes her discernment and takes her vows as a bride of Christ. She takes the name Constance.

2019 - Constance assists in her first exorcism, and learns of the wider supernatural world through aiding Father Michaels
|
2020-2024 - Constance is involved deeper into the world of the paranormal and Vatican exorcism protocols with Father Michaels. She is made his unofficial assistant in 2022. While she can never become an exorcist herself, Father Michaels spent the years passing on his knowledge to her "in case of an emergency".

March, 2024 - Constance meets the Wyrd family and their troubled daughter, Rebekah at the local church
|
September, 2025 - The Wyrd daughter begins to display signs of demonic possession, including violent mood swings. Constance tries to convince Father Michaels; having no experience with the family, Michaels does not see the early signs that Constance does.

January, 2025 - Constance goes over Father Michaels' head and contacts the Vatican exorcism department directly with her evidence of the Wyrd family possession. She is reprimanded and ignored.
|
February, 2025 - The Wyrd family home is burnt down, killing the entire family within. Rebekah survived long enough for Constance to visit her in the hospital, praying for her peace as she passed away in a coma.
|
April, 2025 - Constance, unable to reconcile with the church's inaction, breaks her vows and leaves the church. Striking out into the wider world on her home.

Constance works out of a small apartment/office combo. What little she makes as a paranormal investigator and exorcist pays for the space and her minimal equipment. Having lived in vows of poverty for most of her life, it is comfortable to her. To the average person, the place is clearly falling apart.

Her door is always open to new clients. While her experience as an exorcist is limited, her ability to work without Church sanction makes her a valuable last resort to desperate families. Father Michaels will never admit it, but he secretly sends people her way if he knows the Vatican will not approve the exorcism (or won't do it fast enough).

She always works cases involving ghosts and hauntings. It is not her direct expertise, nor can she actual see ghosts, the cases are often similar too (or overlap with) how demonic possession works. Constance uses this to her advantage, and will help bless homes and banish spirits. She does not use any forms of medium-ship, believing that to still be devil worship and instead must rely on the knowledge she gained within the church and how to reapply it in a new situation. It may not be the the most effective, but Constance is the perfect last resort for those who have tried everything else.
