Body Type: Toned and athletic. While his bone structure is denser then a humans due to being born a Jötunn as well as being raised as an Asgardian, he is is still an agile predator who can be just as quick as the serpent whose tongue he's known for having.
Attire: For the sake of blending in among the various populace of each planet, upon first glance of the Trickster you may find him wearing clothing ranging from that of Sakaarian battle regalia to a dress suit and tie when visiting Midgard. One thing is for certain, he always make sure to add his signature ' Loki flare ' to his attire. This typically consists of gold, black and green. Not to mention the knives and daggers he has tucked away should he need to use them.
Markings/Tattoos: Upon the surface of his mortal visage it's hard to find even a single scratch or misplaced hair upon the mischief makers head. Once its true form is revealed by intense cold, various markings of Jötunn descent can be seen scattered among his body.
Belongings
Casket of Ancient Winters- The Casket of Ancient Winters is a relic and weapon that used to belong to the Frost Giants who used to vanquish enemy armies and conquer enemy realms. It is capable of producing and projecting an infinite icy wind that can be used to freeze enemies and plunge a realm into an Ice Age. It was thought to be returned to Odin's Vault after his capture and return to Asgard however, it would seem that the trickster was all too reluctant to give up an item that was a part of his heritage. This item currently resides within a personal Dimensional storage, and can be called upon by will should he desire to use it.
The Tesseract- The Tesseract is a crystalline cube-shaped containment vessel for the Space Stone, one of the six Infinity Stones that predate the universe and possesses unlimited energy. During the destruction of Asgard, Loki noticed the Tesseract and took it for himself before the vault, along with the planet, were destroyed. Once their ship encountered Thanos's mother ship, Loki used the Tesseract and his magic to teleport them all back to Midgard. It currently resides in his possession, as much everyone disapproves.
Personality: Unlike his adoptive brother, Loki is not an impulsive man, quite the opposite; thoughtful, manipulating, farseeing, he's the perfect tactician. Loki is mischievous by nature, always eager to prove himself. Being physically weaker than his brother, he developed a sharp intellect and an acute mind to overcome his handicap among the Asgardians. Brilliant and smart, he's an incredible foe for a society mostly based on brutish combatants. Due to past events with the Avengers, the Dark Elves attacking Asgard, his role as King of Asgard and his encounter with Dr. Strange, the God has become a lot more guarded around those he's unfamiliar with.
Likes: Reading, learning about the World, discovering new types of magic and poisons, playing tricks on people, not being interrupted when speaking, being left alone.
Dislikes: Being proven wrong, feeling vulnerable, being interrupted, being unable to get what he wants, the thought of being locked up like an animal in a cage, people mentioning/asking about his mother, making choices without knowing the result.
Fears: Abandonment, death, commitment, forgetting what his mother taught him, the loss of his magic.
Quirks: True to the title, the trickster god loves watching people perform tricks as well as performing them on his own for a willing audience. Putting on a show for him will undoubtedly pique his interest and leave him smiling with a childish delight.
Abilities/Skills
Physical- Superhuman Strength: Loki, without the aid of anything, through his own biology, possesses superhuman strength that is substantially superior to that of an average Asgardian male. He possesses sufficient physical strength to lift up to 50 tons. It is possible, however, that he can further increase his strength through mystical enchantment on a temporary basis. Similarly to Thor, it has recently been listed at a higher level than originally, without aid.
- Superhuman Dense Tissue: Like Asgardians, Loki's bodily tissues have roughly 3 times the density of the same tissues in a human being. While he has the looks and physical proportions of a much smaller person, the increased density of his body actually makes him several hundred pounds heavier than he appears. This increased density also contributes to his superhuman strength to a limited degree.
- Superhuman Durability: The tissues of Loki's body are superhumanly durable and are roughly equal to those possessed by the average Asgardian male. However, at times, Loki had imbued himself with magical abilities that enable him to withstand injuries that would prove fatal to another Asgardian if hit. He is able to withstand high caliber bullets, falls from great heights, powerful impact forces, exposure to temperature extremes and powerful energy blasts without being injured.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: Like all Asgardians, Loki, although he is inhumanly durable, at least by human standards, can still obtain injury, also like all Asgardians, his metabolism enables him to rapidly regenerate damaged tissue much faster and more extensively than a human being. However, through the use of his sorcery, Loki's ability to heal himself is far above that of other Asgardians.
- Superhuman Stamina: Loki's Frost Giant metabolism grants him superhuman levels of physical stamina in practically all activities. He can exert himself at peak capacity for about 24 hours before fatigue begins to impair him. However, much like his physical strength and durability, Loki can temporarily augment his stamina through magical means.
- Superhuman Longevity: Like all Asgardians, Loki ages at a far slower rate than humans. However, unlike some other god pantheons like the Olympians, who stop aging completely at a certain point, Loki isn't fully immune to aging. While he is several millennia old, at least, he has the appearance and vitality of a young Asgardian man in his physical prime.
- Cold Immunity: Due to his Frost Giant physiology, Loki is immune to the otherwise damaging touch of Frost Giants, various cold climates, and the impairing effects of ice magic.
Loki has the ability to generate and control a great quantity of mystical abilities for a variety of purposes, of which can be used to further enhance or augment his physical diagram, like his speed, strength, and stamina, but only temporarily. These magical effects remain only for as long as he maintains the spell that created them and can be quite draining if used for a long period of time..
- Shape-shifting: Like a number of gods or goddesses, Loki possesses highly developed shape-shifting capabilities. He is able to adopt almost any form imaginable whether it be animals, other humanoid beings, or even inanimate objects. The thought has been raised that his current form is merely a shape Loki has decided to remain in. Despite this well-known ability of Loki's, he has commented to himself, that this is his "most soul-draining" power, apparently meaning it is more taxing than his other magical abilities. He has become such animals such as a snake, eagle, mouse and bee, gaining the basic natural abilities inherent in each form. While he can take on the likeness of another god, giant or human, he will not necessarily gain the special physical or mental powers of the being he imitates.
- Illusion Manipulation: Loki is particularly noted to fool enemies who try to attack him with an illusion of himself. Loki could also alter his attire, his voice and his physical aspect in order to resemble another person. He used this power to change his clothing from his usual armor, to a human suit, and to his battle armor. He was also capable of imitating Thor, Captain America, Odin, and an anonymous Asgardian guard. He could also use his power to alter the appearance of any other living being as well.
- Hypnosis: Loki can subtly influence the minds of others, such as when he manipulated Erik Selvig into researching the Tesseract.
- Pocket Dimension Creation: A rather new ability the trickster has acquired. The source of its power something he will never mention. This talent allows Loki to create a temporary rift into a world he has complete and utter jurisdiction over. Mountains rise and fall to his whim, the weather able to change from being as harsh as that of Jotunheim, to as warm as midday in the blink of an eye. When you need time to face your demons, gather your thoughts, or just to release some anger, it's best to avoid destroying an entire city block as a result. At least here...he is king, and he can rule this world how he chooses...Even if he is its only inhabitant. (non canon)
- Teleportation: Loki was also shown in places that were seemingly impossible to enter by conventional means.
- Invisibility: Loki is able to render himself unseen to whomever he wants for a decent amount of time. Instead of letting light waves pass through himself, it is nothing more then simply a trick of the mind.
- Telekinesis: Loki is able to mentally move objects with his mind. Upon hearing about Frigga's death, Loki, in a fury, unleashed a green seismic blast of his mystical green aura, which blasted everything around the room through the air into the walls of his cell at great speed. It also shook the cell violently, causing the light in it to flicker, much like an electromagnetic pulse. It seems, however, that Loki can only do this when fully enraged, as he never used this ability again. It also seems to be more like generating concussive force, instead of being able to move matter with his mind.
Weaknesses
- Brute Strength: Whilst he prides himself on his speed, cunning with and sorcery, if Loki is caught unaware by a foe much larger than he such as Thor or the Hulk, he will undoubtedly find himself easily outmatched. A masterful tactician through and through he has little to no problem foreseeing the outcome of his foes next move if their movements are predictable. However along with the previous information, catching him off guard with pure strength alone would be more then enough to induce panic and undoubtedly bring the Lie-smith to his knees.
- Superiority/Inferiority Complex: Loki's ambition has proven to be his greatest flaw, as his passionate hatred of Odin, his diminishing lust for power, and his tendency to alienate himself through his ignoble actions greatly impedes his ability to bring his well laid plans to fruition. Loki has poor understanding of human nature, which lead him to severely underestimate his mortal opponent's, thus resulting in his humiliating defeat at the hands of The Avengers.
- Hallucinations: Loki currently suffers from both auditory as well visual hallucinations which can range from the deranged, power hungry version of himself taunting him with his past, to the frightened screams of the innocent lives that the Chitauri had taken five years ago. The effect of these Hallucinations can last anywhere between a few seconds to hours, and can be as subtle as a whisper, or as real as if he were watching it all again first hand.
- PTSD: The death of so many innocent lives wasn't the only thing that haunted him. The death of his Mother, Frigga, was by far the worst. Not only was he locked away in a cell when she was killed, he wasn't even permitted to see her one last time at the funeral... Mentioning his mother in any fashion will undoubtedly cause the Narcissistic Prince to slowly break down. If only he hadn't been so foolish...If only he hadn't been so jealous of his brother, of his father favoring him, promising him the throne of Asgard instead of him. He deserved it, he was born to be ruler! But no...His rage, his hatred toward his Brother, toward the Allfather, it was nothing in comparison to the bond that Frigga and him shared. She raised him as one of her own, taught him, loved him. All he ever wanted was to be accepted, and she accepted him, more than anybody.
