» human friends; Wick considers himself a scientist, and his subject of study is the human body. Of course, studying can only get you so far; what he desperately wishes for is the opportunity to directly interact with humans (he, of course, would be wearing his glamor). Nothing sinister. He just wants the opportunity to (metaphorically) pick a brain or two and gain a deeper understanding of how human beings relate to one another on a social level.

» patients; Wick specializes in "back-alley" surgeries for any and all cases that otherwise could not be taken to a real hospital--no questions asked. This includes but is not limited to organ transplants, the removal of various shrapnel (including bullets, silver or otherwise), abortions, and most types of cosmetic surgeries.

» buyers; Wick has a tendency to wander and an equal tendency to pocket anything that looks moderately interesting. He has quite the hoarder's collection of various occult paraphernalia, along with organs that were "graciously donated" to him via his surgery business. If you want something that he does not have, he can certainly find a way to get it. He would prefer not to do business with humans, but for the right price he can be persuaded.
