  Skin: Natural tan, except in winter time when he turns pale (not like Luna, but a few shades darker.)

  First Year
  Sorting- To don the first year robes was an experience in and of itself. It was refreshing and very strange, almost ( and he hated to admit it) like a fairy tale... So his face when he walked into the Great Hall mirrored many of the other first years, Shock and Awe. When a professor told him about the sorting, he was nervous but confident. He took deep breaths and calmed himself, unlike the unfortunate India kid next to him nearly threw up on a girl with on the opposite side of him. He chuckled of course as surrounding girls shrieked there displeasure. However, the girl who was nearly covered in his lunch giggled.
  " Nervous, hm? Its not that bad kid. Man up and take the sorting like a man!"
  She gave him a light punch in the arm and faced forward with a sure smile.
  Kiri had a strange grin on his face making her turn.
  "See something yah like, kid?"She said.
  
  "Maybe I do, maybe i dont... My names Kiri."
  He offered his hand which she took hesitantly.
  "Yuki... "
  
  
  The hat spoke to Kiri, telling him about his father was a strong Slythrin, and his mother a wild Gryffindor. He scowled and under his breath said he hates his father and everything he stands for.

  Kiri smiled.
  
  Second Year

• Personality/Mentality

  Personality
  Approach to Others- Very friendly and open. Definitely open minded and progressive in his thinking yet remains quite and thoughtful when listening. Very perceptive and able to pick up on subtle mannerisms. Of course because of his half born status, up bringing, and look(be piercings and such...) could be defensive , but once Kiri sees genuine acceptance is actually a nice guy to hang around.
  
  Emotions and Moods- Kiri wears his heart on his sleeve and his face. He is not afraid to speak his mind but does lack the more delicate odds and ends of the Wizarding World, leading to outburst and frustration. Hes very loyal to his friends and if granted the word 'Family', that individual has a person willing to fight and die for them.
  
  Trust- He has an Analytical Mind paired with a progressive disposition which makes him relatively quick to trust. After that trust is truly broken, he will be a quite enemy to the bitter end.
  
  Friendship- Kiri mainly has acquaintances and hands out the term 'Friend' sparingly and the word 'Family' even less so. Once the bonds are made then nothing to severe them. Once betrayed(Particularly abandoned) then there is nothing but resentment and anger in his heart towards the offending party.
  
  Mentality
  
  Education- Very smart and quick witted. Things (and people) that interest him he tends to enjoy and do very well in the subject. Despite ALWAYS seeming to be just sitting around (much to Yukis dismay), he is actually constantly studying. He doesn't stress getting high Marks but sees the value in application moreso than theory and likes a more hands-on real world approach.
  
  Common Sense- Because he thinks with his heart, he is prone to jump into a situation (read fight) relatively quickly but once he cools off, mainly with the help of friends, is he able to think rationally about situations. He does have common sense but finds that being 'morally upright' all the damn time to be a bore.
  
  Contemplative- Not a recluse by any means, he does have the tendency to recede into his mind however to mull over thoughts that pester him. If extremely upset he tends to develop OCD and drown the feeling with physical exercises. He thinks quite a lot for a kid being so young but his best friend half-jokes with him all the time, saying,
  ~" You have the Soul of a 75 year old geezer, the Mind of a 50 year old Veteran, the body of a 25 year old Aurora in his prime, and the fuckin heart of a 5 year old!..." ~
  

• Family

  Blood Status- Half Blood
  
  
  Mother- Ayame Snow. His mother was indeed muggle born, coming from a far from perfect home. When showing signs of abnormality, she was quickly and effectively tossed out at a young age. Abandoned in Italy and having no way of controlling her powers she had resorted to 'street smarts' for years until she was found by a caring man and his wife who lived in Venice. They sent her to Hogwarts where she showed her intelligence but was marred by a combative front in which she put up to protect herself. She only weakened her defense for her son. and in her final moments, her new born daughter.(Deceased)
  
  Father- Nadir Knotly came into the picture much later. He met her at school and swooped her off her feet and into his bed. She thought she knew love but her pseudo-Father only saw evil. When Ayame was pregnant he found out about her status as muggle born and tried to kill her, and the baby she carried. He sent a stunner that induced labor. Before birthing her daughter, Ayame sent out her last spell
