Hanae had a good childhood, her father not in the picture, but her mom had found another man, and he was like a father to her, he owned a café, a beautiful butler and maid café. It was very popular, as everyone was treated with respect. It earned well, and in result they lived in a big victorian mansion, lot of happiness to the family. Her mom even got pregnant with another child. The joy seemed to never end for Hanae which already was 18.

But one day when her mom and stepdad and the unborn child was on the way home from the hospital after a scan for the child. A truck went over for red in high speed, right into the family van, the only one that wasnt in it was Hanae, which was kinda lucky, she was taking care of the café, which she had helped with in years. The van got crushed and everyone died, even the truckdriver. She got the news and hour later...

In the following days she got to know that she inheireted the café and mansion. She got everything, but due to her grief and sorrow, she ended up loosing a lot of money which made her sell the mansion and buy a little flat close to the café. She got more bitter to strangers, only a few knew her kindness, but she also kept away from costumers, only making sure the bills were paid, she kept isolated till her 21 birthday, where she had money enough to expand the café, which she did, made it bigger and better, and it quickly became a bigger hit. But even though it was a hit, happiness was far from her.

The place is a french inspired maid café with a rustic vibe, always fresh flowers indoor aswell as most of the year outdoor. The policy is strict to keep the quality in top, but has therefor earned quite a reputation of being one of the best minor cafés in town.

The place is fairly small and well hidden in between larger shops, but nonetheless has a very inviting look and a calm and nice enviroment.

The dishes get a bit haul every year, but some changes with the seasons aswell. However some deserts and drinks stay the same, but most other stuff changes around from time to time, mostly to something equal good or better. Often within the french kitchen, but sometimes more exotic dishes will find their way to the menu.
