Believing that the other person is at fault and not her. This can sometimes get her into trouble.
History: She was born into the royal family with her father and mother. Her mother couldn't give birth anymore due to a illness that seem to run in the family or so they said to her, whenever she asked about having siblings. Kailani loved to play in the castle with the other kids servants of the castle. Her mother always told her stories of places she had been to but her father always told her mother not to put ideas into her head.
As the years went by, her parents knew that one day she would be queen of the ocean soon and so they decided to give a husband for her 18th birthday. Kailani couldn't believe she was going to be forced to marry a merman without even her consent on it. The mermaid didn't wanna be tied down by her family and reasonability. She wanted to explore and that is just what she did. Until she realized, she explored way too far and noticed a whirlpool under the ocean. Before she knew it, she got sucked in and pushed off course from her actual home. It had been a year or so since she last saw her home. Finding a way back will be hard but being alone without anyone to depend on will be harder.
