Birdy

Report description: While I was dealing with another heated incident, it came to my attention that the slave Birdy had publicly assaulted her Handler, Har, in the atrium. Being the only staff handler present, I took it upon myself to stop the two on their way out, as Har had taken physical control of the slave. After inquiring what was happening, Har informed me of the slave's chronic behavioral issues, and that upper management was quite aware, as well as having been given full permission to step in and exact discipline as needed. The slave was forced to apologize to me, and I let the two leave.
Response: No action taken. Would advise that staff keep an eye out for these two in public areas and attempt to mitigate further disturbance.

Report: Birdy is claimed to be in connection to Professor's Ailment's disappearance, though the only connection she has to that was reported to tormenting him through nightmares when a Lady Dianna attempted to locate him. I am unsure if she does have him or is just tormenting him from a distance. Master Claudius has also mentioned someone being corrupted by a cursed necklace, which I am going to retrieve. He does not have an actual connection between Birdy and said item outside her demonic lineage, but has requested she be arrested for questioning anyway.
Response: Rath will conduct an investigation to learn any additional information for proper cause to arrest Birdy for further questioning by Tether staff.

Report: Birdy was found to be harassing Seiv in the gardens. Rath made a way to escort the man from the demon from her unsavory intentions. While he was cordially trying to lead Seiv into The Golden Tether to use him as bait to get Birdy to follow after him(to arrest Birdy on premises by guards), Birdy refused to allow the duo to leave. She conjured up a wall to discourage them from leaving and was threatening to the pair. Rath immediately assisted the thrall to escape while trying to fight Birdy on the spot. She knocked him out. An hour later, he attempted to detain her into the atrium and she left magically in a hurry. Birdy is thought to be armed and dangerous and to use caution when around her. If she is immediately seen, she is to be reported to staff as soon as possible.
Response: Until she is detained/arrested.

Report description: The slave has been causing mayhem throughout the Tether. There have been multiple reports and sightings of the slaves out of control behavior. She has inflicted harm amongst those free and and those whose who are not. The slave has show zero signs of respect and understanding of her place and what it is to be a slave. Slave has become a menace and needs to be dealt with a extremely thorough hand.
Duration of effect: (Recommend)Muzzled, and shackles both wrists and ankles. She should be set in the under halls of the Tether. Strict regimen of training with a top handler till further notice.

Report description: The demon at large, Birdy, has been captured by Kanrik Lolthsson. According to the story the man offered, an intense bit of combat took place out in the jungle. Some foliage sustained injury. However he has assured me that the demon has been subdued and contained. Have not yet seen any evidence of Birdy's admittance into Tether hands, and this may be a wild story. Will follow up shortly.

Report: The alleged instigator of the brief outburst and aggression by the slave Fazel. Her involvement is noteworthy for the insinuation by another observer that she used magic to compel Fazel's aggressive behavior. This is unable to be proven, but considering her extensive file and history of similar violence and manipulation Kujoh believes the Tether guard should be apprised of any potential recidivism.
Response: Her papered owner is being informed of her involvement and additional observation of Birdy, as well as an assessment of her present collar's ability to dampen her magic, may be wise.

Report description: The slave was found in the Atrium, coated in mud, twigs, and various other filth. Appearance aside, she insisted on sleeping in the middle of the floor despite encouragement otherwise. Given the lack of apparent supervision from her master, a bath seemed reasonable both to clean the slave and impart wakefulness. When deposited in the aquatic pen, the slave not only demonstrated a startling inability to swim, or even stand up, but began seeping large amounts of black dye into the water and collapsed beneath the surface. On immediate retrieval from the pool, water and black goo were pumped from her lungs before reviving, and her overall appearance was notably ragged as if acid-eaten even after being dried. The slave was collected shortly after by a representative of her master's household.
Response and Duration:Given the physical and emotional state of the slave, there is no need to discuss further punishment for misbehavior with her master and purification of the aquatic pen will be handled voluntarily by the gladiatrix' estate. It is recommended that the slave be kept away from bodies of water, though the effects may be noted should she require handling in the future.

Report description: During a patrol, Birdy approached me and told me about a patron who was gravely injured in the library. Upon arrival, a patron I was able to identify as Doctor Tethys Ravanik had been covered with books. When investigating, the wounds seen were far too severe for any book to cause, and they were still alive. While I do suspect Birdy to have played a part in it, I will wait to pass judgement until the victim recovers and can explain things more thoroughly. I have assigned a guard to keep watch over the Doctor in the infirmary while they recover. I have also requested Professor Ailment to mind Birdy, and have not issued any need to arrest at this time. I will also have a house carpenter inspect the book shelves...
Response and Duration:Until investigation of the event is proven to be accidental rather than premeditated by the slave, Birdy is to remain in the untrained pen or the confinements of the underhall for the duration of the inquiry.
