Quarter Master -(Placeholder) Represent the interest of the crew, settle quarrels, maintaining order, and distributing food and other essentials.
Sailing Master -(Placeholder) Charge of Navigation and the sailing of the ship. Direct course and look after the maps and instruments necessary for navigation. (Captain pays you)

Carpenter - (Placeholder) Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the wooden hull, masts, and yards. (Duties - Check the hull regularly, placing oakum between the seems of the planks and wooden plugs.) (Captain pays you)
Surgeon -(Placeholder) Perform operations and amputations with carpenter wood working tools. (Captain pays you)
Mate -(Placeholder) Mates serve as apprentice to the Ship's master, boatswain, carpenter & Gunner. (Captain pays you)
Master gunner -(Placeholder) responsible for the ship's guns and ammunition, (Captain pays you)
A.B.S (Able Bodied Sailor) -(Placeholder) Common Sailors. (Placeholder), (Placeholder), (Placeholder), (Placeholder). (Captain pays you)
Rigger - (Placeholder) Sailors assigned aloft to work the running rigging. (Captain pays you)
