Utadi Religion

  • Current Gods

Passive blessings are basically traits that can show up in any bloodline, but may be seen by some as "blessings from the gods". To show some examples, having a character with a white face could be referred to as "They are touched by Anapa" ... Red eyes could be seen as "The spirit of Sebek lives within them".

Active blessings, such as the fertility increase cannot be doubled when having a litter. For example, a follower of Ubaste and a follower of Sebek must decide between the +1 or +2 cub blessing addition. They can not add them together for a +3.

Only one God may be worshiped by a single player at one time. While they may have a fall out with their deity, and are welcome to begin worshiping another after a week or so, and they may only have one active blessing at any time. In other words, other gods may be acknowledged, but only one may be worshipped/followed.

The religions of Utadi are purely optional and don't grant much of a difference in your roleplay experience. A single roleplay must be done for those who choose to follow any of Utadi's gods. This roleplay will be posted on the forums HERE and will require you to present logs of roleplay with the NPC God/s of your choice. Failure to do perform this procedure will result in the lack of ability to use the god's boon. If your character decides to follow a new God, another roleplay will be required with the content of abandoning the previous God and then making the first gift and/or sacrifice to the new God.
