Reverse Moon

Every first/last day of each year, an event called the 'Reverse Moon' takes place. This is where the day and night just swap positions, but there are cases where the Reverse Moon unknowingly wreaks havoc on some occasions. It is rather unpredictable as to what times the Reverse Moon begins, but people will notice by an eerie black, in the form of a star, expanding in the sun.

This Reverse Moon was formed by an ancient warlock only known as Sorian; an infamous man who dabbled in the darkest depths of magic. Not much else is known about this man, besides the day he casted his last spell. The Reversion spell. On the day of Sorian's execution, the corrupted warlock decided to cast a one-time spell on two specific days, in hopes of making those days the days of chaos: the day of his birth, and the day of his death. And then, Sorian had perished, just as the day began to change into the night.

Some also say that those born in either of the days of the Reverse Moon, that said person would be the one to continue the process of re-awakening Sorian into the land of Belerrae Diimael. Sadly, this has been true, causing many to seek out the newborn children born during these days, to slaughter them.
