A few paragraphs describing their appearance, e.g. how they usually wear their hair, what they usually wear, the type of clothes they like/dislike, etc.

    Personality

A few paragraphs about how they are as a person, what makes them tick, what makes them afraid, their relationship with their family, their likes and dislikes, their fears, their aspirations, their strengths and weaknesses.

The Background page should include a brief history of the character of a moderate number of paragraphs. It can be as long or as short as you want it to be, but should cover important events in the character's life.

The Relationship page should list the characters that your character is related to regarding their family, the friends and enemies they have, and characters they have encountered who have a neutral disposition for the character - (they could become friends, or they could become enemies, or remain as they are.) You can also include lovers in this list. It doesn't have to be complete as the point is that it keeps track of how your character relates to others in the world. If you play a canon character, then you should list all the characters that canonically, they have interacted with, and if the position for the character is open or not.

The Guidelines page should your preferences for rp, the kind of storylines you like to write and the stuff you wish to avoid.

The Extras page is where you can put information about your character as it comes to you and doesn't need to be completed when you ask to join the group. It should be a WIP.

Finally, it is important that you fill this out thoroughly, as it will help you find rp partners and keep track of your role-play.
