Hello folks! I could really use some help with code. All those tips on template making in the contest thread caught my eye, so I decided to give it a shot, and after about five hours of scratching my head I've hit a wall. This is my first ever go at cobbling together a template, please ignore the mess (and all the blocky, misshapen images that will be replaced down the line)! There are a few specific things I'm boggled by:
1. I can't figure out how to move the toolbar text until it's centered on the page
2. I'd like to layer the charheader (round white snake) over my character's portrait, if that's a thing
3. an embarrassing amount of time has been spent trying to figure out how to line up the OC name under the portrait and above the Played By line
4. Is there a way to lower the page title (here, "Prologue") without also lowering the pages bar (Prologue, Master, Monster, etc)...?
5. I'd like to slim in the primary content body
Is there anyone here who has the time for me to toss CSS at them? Anyone up for having their brain picked?
Or, are there resources I overlooked that might walk me through these?
