It had been two days since the apocalypse. I had stayed home alone while my neighbors left, only to be eaten by the monsters or gun down by the military. I look through other houses, empty since everyone left. I find the old box of bourbon in the basement. I finally sigh after not finding anything else. I gather up my hammer and alcohol in a small bag, then head out, sticking to the empty alleys.

Ally hide behind a car, hearing a few Walkers moving a few feet from her. She peeked around, her eyes narrowing as she motioned David to move closer as her eyes moved around, trying to find a place to move next. Her Bowie knife was clenched in her hand, and empty pistol on her belt. She had forgotten to ask him what he had left after they had ran across a group of Walkers and were forced to flee, leaving her bag, bow, and wasted all of her ammo when a few walkers got close to David. She turned to her friend, motioning to an alleyway close to them then motioned to the undead, showing him they were facing away from them and their new excape.

Ally gave his hand a squeeze before rushing into the alleyway, crouching down behind a dumpster just before a decomposed walker looked her way before limping onward, not really realizing a meal had past him. Ally waved at her friend, motioning him to hurry, but to be quiet as he did so.
