A small, snowy city just south of the region's mountains. It is a bitterly cold city that's home to numerous Ice-type Pokemon and the Tundaria City Gym.
Lunarias:
Despite being near a desert, Lunarias is surprisingly cold. It is home to numerous Ground-, Rock-, Steel-, Dark-, and Fire-type Pokemon and the Lunarias City Gym
Terias:
A city situated near the Azure Forest. It is known for being a very green and rather beautiful city. It is home to numerous Grass-, Bug-, Flying-, Water-, and Fairy-types.
Wichita:
Much like Terias, it is situated near the Azure Forest and is very green, home to many different types. It is also home to the Wichita City Gym
Lenexa:
A city in very close proximity to the Goldenrod Desert. It is relatively warm, home to many Fire-, Ground-, Rock-, and strangely enough, Electric-types. It is home to the Lenexa City Gym.
Ceria:
A large city that is central to many trainers, people use it to travel all over the region. Besides that, there is little notable about the city.
Olathe:
A small town situated near the Azure Forest.
Kamui:
The region's largest city, it is full of people all over the world and is home to the Kamui City Gym
Overland Park:
A small village situated near the East Sea.
Villanova:
A small village that's home to the Villanova Gym
Earle:
The largest city on the south side of the region and home to the Earle City Gym.
Mahomes:
A large city known for its love of sports and is home to the Mahomes City Gym

A city on the southernmost portion of the region notable for its reverence of the legendary Pokemon throughout the world, most notably the Lake Guardians of Sinnoh. It is also home to the region's Pokemon League
