Prussia and Sparta
Prussia… Also known as The Army with a State. They have some of the most disciplined warriors in modern(at the time) warfare. Their Cavalry is unmatched in the field. They can and will march long distances and yet not be falter whether it will be the weather or an enemy army marching towards them. They will not break even under the most undesirable pressure. Their colors are Prussian Blue and White and They wear heavy armor with cavalry. Their most Famous Cavalry Unit is known as The Death's-Head Hussars. But they do have some tricks on their sleeves. The Prussian Jaegers are some of the most well-trained and experienced Snipers in the known world as the Long-Rifles were created for Range and Damage. The Main Rivals are the Japanese as their Gun technology and designs were stolen by Japanese long ago and others from the Spartans are or almost as disciplined as them. The Prussians considered the Vikings nothing more than Barbarians stealing and raiding from them and because of their undisciplined but unpredictable style of combat the Prussians have a somewhat hard time dealing with them with something other than light infantry or Heavy Cavalry. So allied with the Spartans to finish this threat once in for all. Their most powerful unit is the Köingsberg 100-pound Hell-Cannon which is incredibly heavy and expansive to the field but can destroy a third of a major city in one blast from this massive cannon.
Their Current Leader is: Wilhelm Weber but is formally known as Kaiser Wilhelm I (I mean The First)
Sparta:
The Spartans of Sparta is one of the oldest cultures on the planet with their ways even being adapted by the Prussians of the past. They have some of the best-disciplined Foot-Soldiers being fielded in the world. Legends have it that some group of 300 soldiers was said to hold a line against 5000 barbarians for 5 hours and win. The most famed unit of Infantry is, of course, the Spartans but their multiple units just as revered in Spartan Society. Their rivals are the Vikings who have made colonies in their land without their permission and as such dislike them. They see the Vikings as uncultured barbaric people who need to wipe off the face of the planet. So they allied with Prussians who saw them just like the Spartans and that their Calvary works well with Spartan Footmen.
In terms of Ships, Spartans have these massive ships that are rowed using oars that can transport a large amount of infantry but are armed lightly with Ballestas as their main weapon. The Prussians use Ships-of-The-Lines which are the slowest ships and as such can be maneuvered by the other ships of the nations of the world but armed with many cannons and guns which make them the most powerful ships to sail the sea.
During the war with the Japanese, Sparta had armed some of their soldiers with Prussian technology like guns and cannons. The Japanese discovered this sent a spy/infiltrator to Prussia to steal some guns and designs to add their own.
