Wilhelm also known as Kaiser Wilhelm the First, was born in the Captial of Berlin but is widely known to the world Dar Darath. He was groomed to be the Kaiser or Emperor in their language while learning many arts of Swordsmanship and Marksmanship. He resides in the Imperial Palace but currently gearing up to go on a crusade against Japan and the Vikings. He finally wants to end the Viking barbarism and raids against his land once in for all and humiliate Japan for stealing his Kingdom's blueprints for Guns and have the monarch of Japan swear their fealty to him.
