Nerco was known for being a Nomad since he was a teen. Due to this, he was given trouble. Hellish trouble. One moment, you can see him in an apartment, the next, in the middle of the street. He was taken by Technies,where he got old cybernetic enhancements from Solos, Netrunners, and Technies. With that, he became a mercenary, which was the only way he knew how to make a living.
