A good point, Diabolos, which is why I have opened this to public debate. I have a few other ideas, most involving subterfuge and infiltration in local government and organizations. Of course, we could also simply kill all the heroes (or try anyways) in some deluded ploy of justice...

They be backing the heroes and against the villains. They are pretty bad people ... and i mean worse than the villains because they do forced breeding of the individualities they capture, experimentation and so on.

mmm as long as the power levels stay below the main 3 it will be fine. The Titans will be seen as the strongest in the storyline until they die or something happens to them lol. WHYYY i need more mercs!
