Then again, is it detrimental to my goal of keeping a realistic self-image if I frequently watch and share idealistic/conformative videos...? Well, in the age of influencers, it's a bit hard to tell what they're selling some of the time or what's just their personal opinion. But I think if I stay mindful, it's okay. I won't get too terribly swayed by propaganda... or buy every makeup... 😁
