August 31st 2017 - September 30th 2017

Dear Guildereim, I'd like to play a game with you...
The goal of the game is to find out who amongst you is the most sly, the most ruthless and the most cunning. This is a game of murder, not with weapons but with words.
Those who sign up for the game will find a parcel delivered to their residence, and inside would be a small box containing a capsule made of iron with a small, rolled up note inside that reads 'YOU ARE DEAD', and a letter alongside it containing nothing else but a name.
The aim of the game is to find a way of planting the capsule on your opponent, whether it be in their clothing, food or drink, you have to get it on them without them realizing that it was you. Once a player is 'dead', you acquire their target and so on and so forth until there is only one person left, who wins the game.
HOW TO PLAY
Before the game begins everyone who has signed up will be sent a message with their target's name on it. YOU ARE MEANT TO KEEP THE NAME TO YOURSELF TO PREVENT THE GAME FROM BEING SPOILED. When you see your target posting in, you can make an attempt to plant your capsule on them. When you make an attempt post you'll then have to roll a 1d2 to decide whether or not your attempt was successful, with 1 = fail and 2 = success. This way when your character fails an attempt they won't be immediately outed to their target and will be able to try again and 'murder' attempts can't be god moded or meta gamed.
You can roll before your post or after it, depending on your preference. Regardless, the dice determine the outcome and if you aren't able to follow the guidelines you will be asked to leave the game and your victim forfeited to someone else.
This game will only work if you roleplay regularly and post often into the main hall. If you aren't seen for 3-5 days your place will be forfeited and your victim will be given to your target. This will ensure that the game will not grow stale and people can't 'camp' in private areas to try and wait the game out.
Knowing who your 'killer' is should not prevent you from posting out in public. As stated above, if you aren't seen publicly for 3-5 days you will be automatically be removed from the game to prevent it from growing stagnant and refrained from being allowed to join the game in the future.
When a person is killed you have to either make a note of it on the event page or message the event host (Monstrum) to keep track of everyone playing, or you can report to him ICly. If you don't inform anyone of your 'kills' then it will just be assumed that your attempt was a failure. Attempts can be done in private however you are encouraged to do them in open, public spaces such as at other events and so on. Be creative!

As an update to the rules, you can only attempt a 'murder' ONCE per roleplay. Attempting again and again post after is prohibited.
