What is the Marketplace?
AotM's Marketplace is a place where you can offer up adoptable characters, profile templates, page decorations, or art commissions as well as find all of these things to buy or pick up for free, depending on what's on tap. To avoid confusion and keep things in the bounds of what we would like to see for our community, we do have some guidelines you need to read before you get involved. If you have any questions or concerns, as always, feel free to reach out to staff using the information in our #problem-report channel on our Discord server.

Incomplete Commissions
If for whatever reason you find yourself unable to complete a commission or a trade, please communicate with the person you're working with before this becomes a problem. If it is reported to staff that you have ghosted a commission or your half of a trade, we will check in first, then issue a warning, and if it continues to be a problem, you will be barred from using the Marketplace entirely. We'd prefer that not happen, so please talk to each other and be considerate of other people's time and effort.
This goes the same for non-payments. Don't ask for services you cannot afford.
Clarity
Please be clear in your listings about your expectations for your art. How do you want to be credited? Is visible attribution required once a piece is theirs, or is it enough just to tell people who ask who created it? Can they make small modification to your work, such as turning the art they get from you into graphics for their character pages? If you are selling your work, please have past examples and prices up front. If you are selling something for money and not points, what are the options for paying you?
Title Tags
Please use the following title tags while using the Marketplace to keep things streamlined and tidy. Update these tags whenever they change.
[Open] - You are currently accepting trades/comms/etc.
[Break] - You are taking a break, but plan on opening up again in the future.
[Closed] - You are done with this thread and it may be moved to the archives.
[Comms] - Commissions are being offered here.
[Adopts] - You are selling adoptable characters.
[Points] - They are being sold for points.
[Paid] - They are being sold for money.
[Trade] - You are looking to make a trade of some kind.
[Collab] - You would like to do a collaborative piece.
[Contest] - You are holding a contest for what you are offering.
[Free] - You are offering freebies of some sort.
Can I offer NSFW things?
Yes, but, your offerings must still follow both RPR's rules and our own community's rules. Please check our content warning guide before beginning. Your title must also be marked with [NSFW] or [GORE] before any title or other tags so that it's clearly visible.
