727335c08717.pngThey were really trying to run her ragged lately with this newest batch of agents, weren't they? Just when she had gotten done with the other three, Krepta had gotten a notification that she had been assigned two more. With the original three, she had thought it had been Raz's doing, trying to keep her from isolating too much. She had been of half the mind to track him down and tie him to the nearest tree for it.

But with these two additional agents, Krepta was starting to re-examine that theory.

We must be getting a hell of an influx, Krepta thought grimly. Or I'm one of the few mentors that aren't too burnt out to take on more trainees. Neither possibility is great, honestly. Exhausted agents, or spreading Corruption. Yipee.

She'd have to check up on things later, she decided. See just exactly where the AotM stood on mentors. Krepta could always tap one of the more charismatic souls in the Omphalos to do a mentor drive to maybe drum up more interest in the program. Fixing an uptick in Corruption though? That was a lot harder...

Stuff to worry about later, Krepta thought with a sigh. She turned from the window of the lounge where she had decided to meet her newest trainee and woke up the screen of her Key Gauntlet with a tap. I should start doing these meet ups in batches, she thought wryly.

Agent Ena, hi! This is your mentor, Agent Krepta Walker. I'd love to meet up with you and answer any questions you might have, maybe give you an official tour if you haven't looked around on your own yet. Do you think you could meet me down in the lounge today if you're free?

Hopefully, she would be. Krepta wasn't patient enough to dance too much around other people's schedules. There was just too much to do on any given day for that. She hummed thoughtfully to herself, and gave a stretch, leaning back on the well loved couch in front of the lounge's big picture window. It was quiet today, at least. Still too early for most people to be playing games or watching TV, which made it perfect for her purposes.
