About Margaretta is a vampire with a love of life. She’s adventurous and likes to take risks, especially if it gains her money or something else that she wants. That doesn’t mean she’s purely motivated by cash. On the contrary, she’s quite loyal to her friends and will go out of her way to make sure they’re safe and well cared for. Even if she doesn’t admit it openly. She’s quite the softy under the hardened exterior. Her favorite thing to do is to snuggle up in an electric blanket and play World of Warcraft or other MMOs with her friends. When she isn’t causing mischief online, she’s out on her motorcycle enjoying the sights and sounds of the city. Typical Appearance HEIGHT: 5’7 WEIGHT: ~150lbs EYE COLOR: Ice blue HAIR COLOR: Fire red Margaretta’s skin is cold to the touch and appears pale blue, like a corpse that died from the cold or lack of oxygen. Her hair is curly and fire-red, resting just above her shoulders. She has ice blue eyes and sharp vampiric fangs. She’s usually wearing revealing clothing unless she’s actively on the hunt for a meal, in which case she wears an owl mask and dark, concealing clothing. Gear & Extras A dagger, an owl mask for hiding her identity when making kills, and concealing clothing to further hide her identity.

 ▲ Shapeshifter Able to shapeshift into any creature that she has studied. This includes informational learning through books, pictures, scientific illustrations and other media. ▲ Invisibility Able to become invisible when not shapeshifted into another form. Invisibility includes clothing and held objects. ▲ Fighter Able to engage in combat extremely well, using her entire body as a weapon. Efficient at disabling her foes with speed and accuracy. Weapons are optional, but appreciated. Think Black Widow skill-level and fighting style. ▲ Computer Whizz Able to create, manipulate and hack different computer codes and programming. ▼ Sunlight Unable to be in sunlight of any kind. Will suffer severe burns and death if she’s exposed to sunlight for longer than a minute. She burns easily, and will avoid reflected light sources such as the full moon to prevent sunburn-like symptoms. ▼ Need for Human Blood Can only drink human blood for sustenance. The victim cannot be deceased unless freshly so. Once the blood begins to expire and congeal, it’s no good. ▼ Human Ability Does not have super speed, strength or other supernatural abilities that some vampires have. Cannot read minds, cast magic, or other similar Vampiric feats. Can’t even fly unless shapeshifted into a flying creature. History Margaretta was often ill growing up, so she can’t remember who turned her into a vampire. It was likely the nurse or the doctor, but she has trouble remembering the incident. Regardless, her life truly began after digging herself out from her own grave. Once she was rejected by her family for being an abomination against nature, she went to the city to learn how to live on her own. It was rough at first, since she had no money and no knowledge of how things worked in the world. There were a lot of mistakes. Thankfully she found a mentor who showed her the do’s and dont’s of being a vampire, and on how to be a functioning person in society overall. Now she’s much more street-savvy, able to fend for herself and live a proper life. She learned how to fight and defend herself from weirdos and manage her hunger with little trouble. Her skills truly shine in the world of tech, however. She’s known for coding and hacking computers from larger companies to get money. Otherwise she’s actually a pretty good gamer! That is, before she went through a rift and ended up in Sanctuary. Even though her original world still exists, she currently lives in Harbor, working with dinosaurs of all shapes and sizes. She’s most proficient with capturing, taming and breeding herbivores, though she works with the occasional predator if she can manage them without losing an arm. It’s a high-risk, high-reward job, so it’s perfect for her adventurous tendencies.  |
