Culture
Euluma is governed by a monarchy. The current ruler, King Nelryn—father of Prince Nelliel—has reigned for over a century. After the death of the previous monarch, Nelryn rose to power through his formidable military prowess, gaining renown for his strategic brilliance. He won numerous wars and quelled emerging conflicts with his commanding and often domineering presence.

King Nelryn enjoys unwavering support not only from his people but also from neighboring kingdoms. Among these, Draru’ai maintains particularly close ties with Euluma. It is rumored that Prince Jaylen of Draru’ai and Prince Nelliel will marry, a union said to promise prosperity for both nations.

Though known for his fairness and empathy, King Nelryn’s word is absolute.

Religion
Euluma follows a monotheistic faith centered on the Ocean God, revered as the sole divine guardian of the realm. Eulmerean royalty are believed to be direct descendants of the Ocean God and are worshipped accordingly, with monuments erected in their honor throughout the kingdom.

Shrines dedicated to the Ocean God can be found across Euluma, serving as sacred places of prayer. The royal palace houses oracles said to perceive the Ocean God through visions and auditory messages. Members of the royal family have also inherited these abilities—considered rare and precious—further affirming their divine lineage.
