    Slappy is a small, plump halfling standing around 4 feet. Like many halflings, he tends to go barefoot. He has short, reddish-brown hair and a tiny scruff of matching hair on his chin. Typically, he wears a white cotton shirt covered with gnomish workman leather armor adorned with pockets. He keeps his brown trousers up with a leather strap-style belt (actually his sling) and has a magic dagger called "Stewart".
