• Description

  Athanasios is tall and muscular, most of which comes from his normal life. He wears clothes more often than his subordinates, with his favorite article of clothing being his designer sunglasses. His skintone is a bronze color, and that coupled with his dark hair and light eyes often make him stand out in a crowd. He has a tattoo, only one with a saying he lives his life by. "The Ends Justify The Means"
  
  In wolf form, Athan is a large grey and white wolf, that is obviously much larger than the typical wolf. He can be mistaken for a very large dog for those not familiar with werewolves, though most find his pale grey eyes unsettling. He's so old that his changing process his smooth, and he can turn anytime he wants. He can also resist the call of the moon on full moon nights, though he doesn't typically want to.

• Biography

  Athanasios was born in Greece in the year 1610. He lived a fairly average life, the type of life that would be expected for a man in that era. He grew up and got married, and soon his wife was expecting their first child. It was a boy, and for awhile Athanasios was happy, his wine business was thriving, and his family was growing. That all changed when a jealous rival decided to take from Athanasios what he felt had been taken from him.
  
  He waited until Athanasios wasn't home, and the man brutally murdered his wife and children, leaving Athan broken and alone. His Christian God could not ease his pain, so Athan turned to the gods of his ancestors, and surprisingly, he was answered. Nemesis vowed that he would have the vengeance he wanted, but it would come at a price. Athanasios, in the pain that he was in, agreed to any price so long as the person that hurt his family paid. Nemesis took his agreement, and a werewolf was sent to turn him, mauling him to the brink of death and leaving him to die in the forest.
  
  In the end, Athanasios was turned into a nightmare creature, neither animal nor man, and he got his revenge on the guy that had hurt him. He was soon to find that his curse was more than turning into a beast on the nights of the full moon, he was cursed with extremely long life, and so no matter how many times he tried to heal his heart, the people he cared for always withered away and died before his eyes. Over time his hatred for Nemesis has grown, and he can't even stand to hear her name.
  
  After some years, Athan managed to find a female like him, and he started a pack with her. For years they thrived, traveling and reveling in their change, and enjoying 'the gift' as his new mate called it. However, Athan was not meant to be happy, and one night a lone wolf with a missing eye tore his pack away from him. All were murdered, and Athan barely escaped with his life. The lone wolf claimed the packlands for his own, and Athan was left to wander...and wander he did until he came across teenage boy praying for a miracle in the woods.
  
  Athanasios saw potential in him, and a way to add to his pack and reclaim was was rightfully his. For now he bids his time with the twins, and a lone female he found years later. He's on the lookout for people that will be strong pack members, hoping to build up his pack and take back the packlands he once shared with his mate.
