    Keeper, I hear you ask, who is that man I see over there, speaking with one of the Sheriff's Hounds?

    That's Barrow. Yes, just Barrow. It's a surname. No other name given. He is of Clan Tremere, if you couldn't tell by the bits and baubles. He's certainly no stranger to Elysium, but I wouldn't say I see him often, either. He comes here when he's got business to discuss. It's always business, with him. You'd think he would've made a good Ventrue, but I hear he prefers the company of the Outlanders and the Unseen. Once a low clan, always a low clan, I suppose.

    Go and speak with him, if you must, but be wary. Always be wary around the Tremere, but this one in particular is an investigator. Anything you do or say can and will be used against you.
