    [WIP] Zayn is a pleasant person, cheerful and kind albeit a little airheaded and shy. He loves people and conversation, but it's hard for him to approach those he doesn't know. His heart carries loads of sweetness and innate goodwill, and he sees the best in others, sometimes to a fault.

    Often anxious, he tends to apologize frequently, struggles to make decisions, and is easily embarrassed. He's incredibly prone to daydreaming and imagining worst-case scenarios. He wilts at harsh words, and it's hard to cheer him up when he's down

  • Biography

    Zayn's backstory is nothing fancy. He grew up in a well-off urban area with two amazing parents. The only flaw they had was not preparing their son for the emotional harshness of the real world, so he grew up somewhat sheltered and never developed the ability to be sure of himself even under the pressure of others. When he started school, his dreamy and imaginative nature made him especially popular among his younger peers. However, it wasn't something he grew out of. Because some people found him odd, it heightened his insecurities.

    As he got older, he began to notice how he felt there was something wrong about his body, even though he couldn't quite place it. Through theater in high school, he found that he felt much more comfortable playing male characters and being perceived as such. He realized he was a boy when he was fifteen, and transitioned socially with the support of his parents.

    He's currently a sophomore at a local university and has been on testosterone for about two years, but hasn't had the opportunity for any gender-affirming surgeries.
