• Appearance:
  Irish fellow, average height, unremarkable in looks other than the fact that he had his hair tied in a ponytail, which was fashionable at that time anyway. See picture of him. Occasionally brings his chicken with him to class. Favours black clothing. Black hair, green eyes. He also keeps a pair of dueling pistols with him in his room. He takes dueling seriously.
  Temperament: Absent-minded, daft, bunny-ears lawyer, beware the silly ones, crouching moron hidden badass
  Personality: He is good at what he does but daily life is problematic at times. Fairly scatter brained even at his age but he’s terrifying in a duel for he switches from being in his own world to into the moment.
  
  History:
  Originally from Ireland, the Irish fellow made his way towards the Dutch East Indies during their expansion in order to… heaven knows why. His official reason was to search for the new creatures heard in the region but Doolin was never known for having an interest in magizoology. It was probably to build an identity for himself. He built a name among some of the upper class in the region as a known duelist and made his living that way by taking bets and the like. When he heard a position was available at Ilvermony, he applied for it for DADA.
