  They still haven't found Subject 0002.
  
  This is both good and bad news. It's good because the project is one step closer to getting canned, and bad because if this whole project get canned, then Alf and I are going to go down with it. Actually, I don't know. I'm just speculating what they'll do to us at this point.
  
  The voyeurs in the lab were watching me construct a near-tangible illusion of a German World War I soldier today. I shook the construct's hand; the hand mostly went through mine, but still attempted to shake. Surprisingly, even though this construct appeared from my memories of whatever World War I stuff I studied, this soldier spouted off several random facts about the war that I did not know about. The voyeurs later asked if I knew any of what he said beforehand. I told them, no, no I didn't. The facts from my construct were verified to be true, however.
  
  Is this enough to support the existence of the collective unconsciousness, though? I don't want to think about this too hard; making the illusions themselves is very hard work.
  
  It gets easier, though. Maybe, if it gets easier, then that means I can tap into that unconscious realm.

  "Are you Janus Malinowski?"
  
  "Who?"
  
  "Janus Malinowski. I've heard wonderful things about you in the psychonaut network."
  
  "Don't know anyone of that name."
  
  "It has to be you, I know it! You're the guy who singlehandedly fended off Triple V and-"
  
  "You must be confusing me with someone else, young lady."
  
  "Wait, wait! Don't go!"
  
  "I'm afraid you'll have to look elsewhere."
  
  "Wait! Mister Malinowski you've gotta help me with this affliction that I've got-"
  
  "Get a doctor, then-"
  
  "It's a psychokinetic disease, at least hear me out on this..."
  
  "Then go see a psychiatrist or something, I dunno-"
  
  "Look at me!"
  
  "Get away! Wait...wait...hold on. Did your hands just pulse right now?"
  
  "What do you mean?"
  
  "They pulsed. That's an aberrant pulsing you have right there, young lady. I see the waves."
  
  "You're right! This hasn't happened before..."
  
  "Stand still. Now, tell me, what exactly are you afflicted with?"
  
  "...it's...uh...some sort of...I get headaches and sometimes it feels like I'm getting shocked by a stun gun. And there's loads of electricity emanating around me, and I keep seeing tesla arcs wherever I go-"
  
  "Have you tried meditation?"
  
  "Yes. It hasn't gone away."
  
  "Punching something."
  
  "Yes. Still wouldn't go."
  
  "How long have you had this for?"
  
  "Ten weeks."
  
  "Ah, so that's why you came here."
  
  "Yes, I heard that you could cure almost any psychokinetic ailment."
  
  "You're right, almost any psychokinetic ailment. Your case...it's a tough one, I'm afraid. You shouldn't have come to me like this, you could've called me over the phone and that would be fine."
  
  "No one has your number, though."
  
  "Is that so?"
  
  "Mmm-hmm."
  
  "Really now?"
  
  "Yeah, okay, really, now-"
  
  "Well, I apologize for putting you in this situation. We need to act fast before you overload and possibly die of cerebral hemorrhage."
