  Doug is a danger-prone speedster. He can move at rates faster than the normal human eye can catch. Unfortunately, an accident in his past has left him paralyzed at the lumbar level. This causes issues with using his speed when his chair can't handle it. He is attempting to build a chair that would, but currently keeps his power on the down-low, so work has been put aside. He spends his time doing chair sports such as basketball, rugby, racing, and stunt jumping. However, he can also be caught doing 'normie' stuff like mountain climbing, parachuting, and many other high-risk activities.
