Cole Pleasant

A pale, exhausted-looking young man with untameable short-ish blond hair that curls up at the sides and back. His fringe is held down by a pair of goggles that usually rests atop his head. His eyes are constantly surrounded by dark circles, and quite frankly he looks like he isn't getting anywhere near enough sleep. He also has a scraggly little scruff of beard and he only really bothers to keep it short - it's pretty clear he doesn't care that much about what he looks like.

Cole is built lean but strong, and despite his sleepless look he's physically fit enough to be an adventurer.

He wears a soft brown undershirt, and comfortable traveller's leggings. Over the top of these are some leather-cladding armour pieces that show signs of wear and tear. His belt is also used to attach two pocket/bags to his hips, along with an array of little metal potion capsules.

He wears sturdy iron-toed boots - and there's a strange pair of little gold heel augments strapped over the top of them so that their wing decorations stick out, spur-like, from his heels.

His undershirt's left sleeve has a fur cuff, showing it's probably made for cold weather, but the other sleeve has been cut off halfway down to make way for a plain gold bracer that covers his forearm; he's never seen without it, but judging by the slight redness around its edges it looks like it rubs his skin a little.

Lastly, he also has a piece of cloth that he wears as a neckerchief or an armband or ties around the strap of his travel bag. He carries it with him everywhere. The colour has faded a little, but it's plum-coloured fabric with a little bit of gold thread coming loose in what used to be an embroidered pattern. This was part of a larger item of clothing once, but now it's a big neckerchief.

• Two daggers with gold-edged blades - one usually hidden in his boot
• A small, light shortsword in a cheap sheath, with a gilded tip on the blade
• Potions of varying effects, including multiple extra-strength sleeping draughts
• Small hodgepodge medical kit - roll of bandages, needle & thread, small jar of herbal antiseptic paste
• Bag of trail mix
• Small bottle of wine, untouched
• Gold earring (clip-on, with a dangling teardrop)
• Gold ring (simple gold band)
• Some small pebbles from a beach that he thought looked interesting

All of this is kept in his travel bag, which is an old and beaten-up looking backpack. If he's separated from his backpack, or hasn't been able to restock at a town after using something, he'll be missing some stuff.

It's safe to assume anything made of gold is enchanted. If you're worried about powergaming I can list all their effects to you privately.
