  Legends are interesting things. Unlikely stories about great dangers and great prizes. Stories that promise adventure to those who are willing to find out the mystery of it all. Though most stories are just what they are, stories, they always have a factor of truth in them. It just takes a specific soul to see the guidelines.
  
  This legend in particular seems to be no different than any other. Yet it is one treasure hunters and heroes alike have searched for regardless.
  
  
  

  A treasure covered by ice
  People like to think they have mapped the entire world. That this world holds no more secrets when it comes to geography. This thought is wrong. Not every border has been discovered, at least not by society as we know it.
  
  West, far west, beyond the snow covered wasteland lie lands that are beyond the Never Ending Snowstorm. A clearing, surrounded by various mountains and hills lies beyond. There a society thrives, mostly disconnected from the rest of the world, though these frozen folk have made their ways to us on multiple occasions. Their Master shows the way whenever He wills it. Having studied us for ages, these men and women are no mindless tribelings.
  
  At the foot of the mountain, the Iceborn live. And inside is said to be a great frozen palace and a treasure so grand, should anyone lay their eyes upon it, it will be stuck in their mind, and the desire to claim it for their own will never leave his or her head. But what could this treasure possibly be? Ancient knowledge? Gold and jewelry perhaps? Maybe even a well of untapped magic! It is sketchy at best. What is undoubtable, though, is that it is important enough to have attracted the attention of a great and terrible dragon.
  
  Niveryioth, Born From Ice, guards his treasure with fanatism like any immortal dragon would. He is the one whom the Iceborn worship, as He is the one who controls the lands beyond the Never Ending Snowstorm. He decides whom of his followers is worthy to venture out. It is not the journey, nor the Iceborn who are the true test to reach the treasure. It is Niveryioth who you must face. He is the final obstacle to the treasure He so greatly protects.
  
  Perhaps one day a hero bold enough will find their way through the Never Ending Snowstorm, through the dragon's minions and put their mark upon the pages of history. Many think they hear the call, but few truly are chosen.
