  LUCA SOLOVYOV

  - Former KGB, Solovyov specializes in strategy and psychological warfare. Her closest comrade put under her as some kind of responsibility- or possibly a punishment, describes exactly not her. Solovyov will remain level-headed during all operations, and even when plans hit a brick wall mid-fire, she'll bunker down where she can, and reorganized the troops to adapt to any situation. She's one of the few KGB operators that has bothered to get cybernetics, for the sake of tactical coordination and planning. While she isn't any smarter, and not much faster, her plans are easier to visualize, and she overlooks fewer details when the dots are drawn out for her. Aside from the one implant, she's given little thought into any further cybernetics. The cybernetics also act as a very well concealed method of storing stolen data on the respective missions, or carrying a heavy duty virus to destroy systems.

  SONECHKA NOVIKOV

  - Novikov's career started with Spetsnaz domestic divisions, rounding up the 'undesirable population', and enforcing the laws to encourage neighbors to follow suit. She avoided these kinds of operations, so her primary experience actually lies in raids and busts. After spending time with her sister, several years younger than herself, Novikov found she couldn't do the work anymore. Between work conflicts, a spotless record, and a commendation, she moved into the KGB with the intent of pushing papers. No blood to get on her hands, that way. Instead, her destructive capabilities were recognized by her superior and was put under a handler. Novikov couldn't resist the itch and was eventually put on the field. After becoming known for her incredibly destructive tendencies, self-proclaiming herself to be a "Demolitions Expert, and Explosives Professional,"*** through the use of violent modernized blitzkrieg tactics in urban warfare, she and her handler both resigned from their positions in the KGB. This is seen as a national threat, not because of their rank, but due to Novikov's destructive tendencies, and her handler's sociopathic view of warfare.

  *** "Demolitions expert, and explosives professional." Really, she just likes seeing shit blow up. Sonechka actually specializes in sabotage, interrogation, and is one of the most horrifying doorknockers the KGB has seen. Her ideas revolve around the fact that modern warfare has become too calm, and organized, which makes it difficult for others to cope when everything is suddenly blown into chaos.

  YURI VASILYEV

  - Originally going into college with dreams of becoming a doctor, Vasilyev ended up in a relationship with her dorm mate in her second year. Having graduated high school early and gone into school with shining qualifications for her official education, going toward medical school, her life had been thrown off course by a terrible error the government couldn't overlook. For the sake of widening criteria for experimentation and research, the legality of homosexuality had never been lightened. With plans to move to the EU where homosexuality would be protected, and Vasilyev could have more of a life as a doctor, they planned to marry. Instead, a fellow classmate had reported them as gay, and the two fled. Neither made it anywhere near their objective of escape to the EU. They had become separated, along the way as well. Vasilyev had been taken into an insurgency organization by former KGB operator Solovyov, while her fiancee had gone missing entirely. While she hadn't gotten the education for medicine that she had wanted, she did agree to training, and showed an affinity for long range combat. After Solovyov agreed to devote trackers to finding her lover, Vasilyev agreed to further training, under the condition of remaining a sniper, or tactical marksman. Vasilyev greatly relies on cybernetics, which she suffered immeasurable pain for. They sharpen her aim, reflexes, coordination, and ability to lead and account for bullet drop. Also allows her to hold her weapon steadier. Her motivation to participate comes from wanting to hurry raids, to find record if her lover had been taken, and what might have happened to her. However, she has gone through all this pain to ensure she lives through each mission, hoping the next will offer some hope of finding her lover. Her body is small, and fragile compared to her comrades, and Vasilyev is entirely helpless at close range. However, by proof of her cybernetics, and the conditions she's subjected herself to, she is clearly very enduring.

  - Shelepov originally worked as a surgeon at a decent renown hospital for the early years of her career. Due to morality concerns, during an anonymous request for aid through medicine, Shelepov ended up joining the insurgency as medical personnel. --- Underwent basic training from Novikov, and now operates with them on the field.

  IRISA VORONKOVA

  -Chemist, Chemical Weaponry Specialist.
  Voronkova was a success story from the University of St. Petersburg's chemistry program, achieving high marks in all her studies and graduating with full honors, before being immediately recruited by the Federal Security Service. Voronkova then spent a two year period embedded within the Institute of Ultra Pure Biochemical Preparations and assisted Alpha Group within the newly relaunched Biopreparat program. After the conclusion her second year, disagreements over earnings caused Voronkova to go rogue.
  
  The FSB has since disavowed Voronkova, and has labeled her a "high priority threat to the security and stability of the nation". She is currently believed to be in the employ of the Insurrection.
  
  Interviews and witness testimony indicate a willingness to both produce and utilize highly lethal biological and chemical agents, as well as a general disregard for human life. A psychological profile is currently being created to determine motivation and threat potential.
  
  It is believed Voronkova was the perpetrator of the recent Marburg attack on the Winter Palace. The FSB has officially held her accountable and criminal charges have been filed,

  SASHA KATIN

  - Originally an up and coming child prodigy gymnast, Sasha Katin was an acrobatics sensation. However, due to a scandalous incident involving her and another female gymnast, Sasha was taken into custody and rounded up with other 'undesirables'. She was left under the experimental care of Lana ---. --- sought to utilize her natural physical poise to her advantage and experimented on the young woman immediately. After a year of hellish recovery, Katin became one of the most efficient stealth operators in Russia. When Lana went AWOL, Katin followed and joined the insurgency as their stealth operator.

  Cybernetics: Near 90% of the of the muscles Katin's arms and legs have been replaced with lightweight but durable carbon fibers; forearms and calves are fully prosthetic with only synthetic skin; joints at the elbow and knee have increased flexibility and gripping strength; bones within the upper arms and thighs have been replaced with lightweight carbon fibers. Cerebral and ocular implants all to pick up electromagnetic pulses, giving a 360 view within – meters, as well as infrared and night vision.

  TITANNA DEMENTYEV

  - Another of Kuznetsov's experimentees, taken as an undesirable due to being mute. Because of her inability to speak, as well her reclusive and submissive nature, not much is known about her history outside of the experimentation. What is known is that her early childhood was filled with incidences of bullying, and that Titianna has taken well due to her cybernetic implants due to her innate desire to protect people. Like Katin, Dementyev defected to the insurgency when Kuznetsov did, becoming their sturdy frontline

  Cybernetics: Muscular and skeletal structure within her arms, torso,skull, and legs have been augmented with experimental Chromium Steel plating as well as flexible carbon fibers that work with muscular strength, creating an ultra dense structure as well as the capability of lifting upwards of 550kg. Several failed attempts to fix her vocal cords have left them irreparably damaged.

  HARADA MEI ( 原田芽衣 )

  - From a rural family, Harada grew up enjoying the forest. This didn't really help her much in her career going into PJTF, but her enlisting had rooted from her love of exploration. Harada joined hoping to see new countries, and discover new cultures. Sadly, the PJTF had picked her up out of the JSDF, to maintain order in Northeastern China. It's not her passion, to be posted in one general region for forever, but her cause motivates her firmly, to invest herself in her work.

  - Diagnosed with Severe Combined Immunodeficiency at a young age, Ryu's parents constructed a sterile environment for her, and provided everything they could to provide her a sufficient social life. She made friends through VR and other online platforms. However, her entire life has been lived in a reserved portion of her house. Growing up, she's taking a specific interest in computers overall, due to her intimate relationship with them, given her situation. Having gotten bored, she ended up playing tricks on her friends and associates over the internet through viruses and hacking their devices. Her sterile synthetic companions, she hacked their base code to better suit her needs and even started making them leave their house, against their restriction. The PJTF hired her for this reason. Her ability to cleanly reprogram synthetics, toy with implants, and even, in a few instances... break into the 'Telepathic' network has proved to be invaluable. She's been moved to a richer environment, one where she has more room to move around and has bigger, better toys. Along with, a glass wall and various speakers and microphones, along with access to the 'telepathic' network to have more direct social interaction with the staff at the PJTF HQ.

  RILEY SCHIFFER

  
  - While Schiffer doesn't have a long career, she has shown potential in her field. Graduating from Technische University Berlin, Schiffer went into neuro-implant specialization and later trained under a surgeon in Cambridge, UK. While Schiffer hasn't actually been able to work autonomously in her career, she has shown great skill and a passion for her field, so much so to even take it into her personal life as a hobby, modifying her own implants to create a new Operating System for a more private, secure network connection. This allows her to work outside government surveillance. What she does with it, tends to be entirely for the purpose that she now can.

  - Daisy Ward was a former football player hailing from Manchester. After refusing to attend a public press conference in support for a recent crackdown on gay and deviant players, Daisy was booted from her team and placed on a blacklist, after a brief period spent in rock bottom, Daisy began to interact with counter culture communities and other hot beds of dissent online. After a while, Ward found herself involved with a resistance group that had begun to collaborate with a group of hackers. She was quickly given a gun and taught to shoot, and now she works as protection and muscle for the freedom fighters. Daisy is very idealistic, and holds strong convictions based around freedom of expression and thought. She typically hates authority figures, and has a very hot headed personality. She also owns a dog named Scruff and a cat named Franz Purrdinand.
